This year’s Lager offering comes in the form of a low percentage English hopped variety. We’d been sat on some Harlequin hops for several months not quite knowing what to do with them, so in a ‘Twist of Fate’ we had a brainstorming session and decided to incorporate them into this beer. A solid ‘pilsner style’ bitterness backed up by flavour characteristics of honey, spice, peach and passionfruit mean this is a welcome addition to the line-up as those warmer months roll in.
