We’re looking for an experienced brewer with a ‘grafters mindset’ to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is ready to take that next step in their career and work closely with the head brewer for a time before stepping up to the plate and managing the Wilde Child Brewhouse, thus helping us take the business onto the next level. With the world being on the verge of re-opening and already being kept busy by a supermarket contract and the e-commerce side of the business, we need somebody who can join the team and press that ‘pedal to the metal’ very quickly to ensure we stay on top of production demands.
For those of you who are not familiar with Wilde Child, it was founded by one guy in a Leeds garage in 2016. After plugging away by himself for 2 years and then winning a bunch of awards, he made the transition up to the current site in Armley in early 2018. Fast forward 3 years and we’ve won several more awards (10 of them internationally recognised), taken on the unit next door (which we use as warehouse and cold storage), taken stock of several more FV’s thus increasing our output several times over and purchased our own canning line. We produce hop forward pale ales, punchy dark beers and often tinker with experimental flavoured beers (many of which divide opinion, but aint that half the fun of being a creative).
