”What an incredible milestone to achieve – and as I reflect on the past eight and a half years, from the one-man band starting in my garage whilst my wife was pregnant with our first child, to working with some of the best pubs, shops, wholesalers, and supermarkets this country has to offer – I’m grateful for both the successes
and the many lessons learned through failures. Above all, I’m thankful that we’re still here, serving you all.
I wanted to encapsulate everything positive we’ve achieved and continue to strive for in this low-ABV, crushable ‘joose bomb.’ The ABV is a nod to the date when I brewed Gyle No. 1 in the garage back on April 14th, 2016. For
this brew, I’ve gone all in, with a generous dose of Mosaic hops on the hot side, followed by a double dry hop
of Galaxy and Citra on the cold side. Here’s to another 1,000 brews!”
